Create light theme with darker background and lighter panels

In all your light themes except maybe simplex - but the difference is too slight to see) the panel backgrounds all have the same color as the main background. In your dark themes however you have some distinction from panels and background. I'd like to propose that a light theme be created with some distinction between panel background color and page background color (panel maybe lighter) - I think this would be a great way to separate content and also to make it really look like cards if need be.
