You can install this bundle in TextMate by opening the preferences and going to the bundles tab. After installation it will be automatically updated for you.
You can install this in PyCharm by installing the TextMate Bundle plugin in PyCharm, and then:
- Clone this repo, or download the Zip and uncompress it
- In the Pycharm -> Editor -> TextMate Bundles, click on the plus, and enter the location of the repo
