Twitter API 1.1 stopped working

Hi fam,

Twitter API v1.1 stopped working, so the calendar doesn't tweet anymore about new events. We would need to move to Twitter API v2 to regain that capability. Nobody complained to me so far about this (and I embarrassingly missed the deprecation email from Twitter), so I am not sure how important this is.

Is the twitter API now paid, would that make such migration unpractical?
