[ref sketchup forums topic]: Using mailto: in a web dialog

New section for describing using miscellaneous protocol links from a UI::WebDialog:
ie:

(1) mailto: links must be sent over to a Ruby callback which fires:

UI::openURL("mailto:address@example.com")

(?) .. others ?
