You're using an more than 2 years old version of phpMyFAQ which is completely outdated and out of support. Please upgrade to phpMyFAQ 2.6.14 first.

I apologize, I just assumed that the hosting sites would actually keep their components upgraded to the latest version. sorry, will get that upgraded ASAP.
