Email from Ebook Central to info@thoth.pub on 2023-10-30:

We have updated the ingestion for Open Access titles, and we no longer prefer the zero USD price composite. The [...] files will [...] need an tag with value "01”.

For clarity, based on further context within the email exchange, the requirement is to remove the zero USD price composite and replace it with the <UnpricedItemType> tag.
