Database is written as whole to disk on each run --> SSD wearout, especially SD-Cards on Raspberry PI #18

Probably this is a minidb issue and not urlwatch. Since the author of urlwatch is the same, he knows best if this is a urlwatch problem or minidb bug.
Issue can be transfered then.

Problem solved, it is caused by doing VACCUM every time on db close, more details see thp/urlwatch#690 (comment)
I let the issue open until solution proposal is implemented.

The enabler for this is now implemented in minidb 2.0.6. For backwards compatibility, the default behaviour is unchanged. now on to the urlwatch issue...
