Suggested by Splashman in the Skype group. This would greatly help translators, and also pave the way for portrait modding without requiring edits to the .msg files, as requested by wobuffet3.

This would involve reparsing the dialog files in order to extract portrait information. However, one of the more important future ideas for thcrap is to replace all these content-specific file formats with a single dictionary (thpatch/thcrap#38), exactly so that we don't have to parse those file formats ever again.

So, would a feature like this still be something we should keep in mind?
