Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As game developer i would like to compile all required source code on special environment

Describe the solution you'd like

By default game developer must setup all required environment (Compilers, Build tools, etc) even she/he just an artist. Because initial build of project requires this just to test the game.

Describe alternatives you've considered

All necessary build procedures can be done in cloud or on special build machines and download by the developers (by default). Optionally developers will be able to setup this environment locally.
