Provide link to report a new bug under Bugzilla tab

It would be great if this could be done ala what currently happens via crash-stats.mozilla.org. But if it's not trivially easy and can't be done quickly, we should probably just let the reporter file it has he/she see fit - what's most important is that we get a report.

Also, this is probably more important than issue 7.
