When a configured swipe action is not available (e.g. the swipe action "archive" is configured, but the user is currently viewing the folder of an account that has no archive folder configured), allow message list items to be dragged a small distance to reveal a "disabled" background (dark gray?). This should signal to the user that the swipe gesture has been correctly recognized, but that the action is not available in the current context.
