New-TssSession failed to create session on 0.32.0-beta [Bug]

Describe the bug
After updating to the 0.32.0-beta module, New-TssSession failed with the following error:

1. PowerShell script:

   $creds = New-Object System.Management.Automation.PSCredential ($ssUser, $SecurePass)
