Sort report on coverage by reference sequence length #2

The output generated reporting the coverage should also include the reference sequence length as well as being sorted (largest sequence on top) when the results of covered length is equal.

Also species name and plasmid name should be appended.

Added metadata on plasmid and species name and on sequence length, though it still needs to be sorted by length after sorting by coverage.
