Another issue i am finding is:

when i am taking latest zip file from github, the index.html file from this folder (accessibility-buttons-master\accessibility-buttons-master\dist) is not working in chrome as well. Shall i add another issue for that? Am i doing anything wrong? I am jsut downloading the zip file from github as i am not so well versed with bower or npm.

can you please help me?

It's necessary install the dependencies when you download the project.
Just run, npm install on the folder.

I didn't find a solution for the bug yet
