Official templates are outdated

Wanted Solution

• Update the outdated project(s) specially Full Stack FastAPI PostgreSQL (as it the most popular)
• In case you haven't the time to give the official templates some love. Replace the official links by community templates (ex. I suggest Minimal async FastAPI + PostgreSQL template as a replacement to "Full Stack FastAPI PostgreSQL" some interesting discussion about this templates)
