manager 0.9.3 show non-support for 4.4 kernel if install directly, but work if upgrade from 0.9.2

直接安裝 0.9.3 版本的 Manager 時, 會顯示不支援如下:

移除 0.9.3 的 Manager, 安裝 0.9.2 的 Manager 就可以使用:

再升級到 0.9.3 的 Manager 仍可以使用:

同一個 kernel, 沒有重啟, 只是換 Manager 程式.

然後執行 ksu 的 setup.sh

你装 0.9.3 的管理器，然后任意安装卸载某个软件，可能就可以了。
