feature request: hotkeys

One thing I miss moving from (old) Firefox search bar to this is the lack of hotkeys for switching search engines.

Can we get something like this:

IF searchbar has focus, ctrl-up / ctrl down to scroll through available engines.

I cannot detect focus of search bar due to the limitation. Ctrl-Shift-Up / Down is the default hot keys for switching search providers currently. They will be triggered regardless whether search bar have focus. And hot keys may be configured in the about:addons page.

Ctrl-Shift-Up / Down doesn't work if the text in the search bar is selected.
