既然能跟踪关注列表的增减变动的话，是不是能顺手加上关注人的 id 变化呢？首页列表有个改了 id 清空微博换了头像，真的不知道是谁，感觉像是丢了自己喜欢的东西一样。就算是没有清空微博，这个功能也非常有帮助吧

昵称变化扩展版已经添加了，脚本版4.0会跟着扩展版走。头像变化没法做，所以暂不考虑。
