Hi please I think that is a good library, ma how to use it? Expecially weak event ? I'd like to use in windows phone 8.1 universal app, that as you well know lag about WeakEventManager

Yes, documentation is an issue.
I use this mostly by myself, so there was no imminent need for some documentation, yet.
As it is open source, you can check the source and also contribute documentation.

Back to your questions:
Have a look at DelegateCommand.cs to get an idea how to use WeakEventHandler and WeakEventSource.
