Block certain videos

hi! I am working on blocking obscene images or videos.
This plugin blocks all images, videos, etc when we choose the respective option.
How can I do the same for a select videos or images after running a certain ML model on the image or video with predictions.
Specifically I need an addon for blocking obscene videos.
I would be grateful if you could kindly give guidance for the same!
