Will it be possible to convert a jpg to a bitmap with this program later on in the future? Because I need to convert jpg to bitmap for plasmacam and dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on a software.

Yes it can be in a future release of File Converter.
I didn't plan to add it because it's not a very efficient format (and a bit deprecated) but if there is some need it is possible to add it.
