Steps to Reproduce

create an account with "Nürnberg" as city name

Expected Behaviour

Ticketfrei generates https://ticketfrei.links-tech.org/city/Nürnberg as city link.

Actual Behaviour

Ticketfrei generates https://ticketfrei.links-tech.org/city/N%C3%83%C2%BCrnberg as city link.

Do both city links work? (Work as in display the same page)

Someone suggested that it might be because of too much encoding instead of not enough. Let's have a look at this in the next days :)
