Split out strudel.mjs into hap.mjs, pattern.mjs, etc, and organise (e.g. alphabetise) contents, with index.mjs as a default aggregated package ref https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Statements/export#re-exporting_aggregating
