Description

目前新建一个 issue 后，需要人工去 assign 和 通知相关人来处理，此处应该可以自动化下:

  • 在给 issue 打上某个模块的 tag 后，robot 可以自动更据 tag 分配给相应的同学处理。比如有 [a,b,c,d,e] 5 个同学负责 模块1，当给 issue 打上 模块 1 个 tag 后，机器人可以自动随机把 issue asssign 给某个同学处理
  • 对于 issue 超过1天没有更新状态或者内容的，ping 下 assign 的同学。
