During my tests I've found these issues:

winston changed a lot between 2 and 3. There is an update guide at https://github.com/winstonjs/winston/blob/HEAD/UPGRADE-3.0.md - I didn't update that since it takes a bit more work
got - will procude an error to if you try to upgrade
