tate rotation the other way around - been told from reddit here would be my best shot for a request : )

With the current tate rotation direction (on cores that support it, WS, various arcades) we end up with the d-pad on the right hand side. Would be nice to have it on the left hand just like when it's not rotated : )
I tried manually setting retroarch options in the cfg files but had no luck.
