Blank Page @ /login #1580
Comments
Ok! So since you have the root path as /Ombi you need to access it via localhost:5000/ombi/login :) |
What I mean is that that page is blank. IP:5000/ombi/login is blank with a
black background. It even shows the red loading bar on top but no forms
show up to enter a username. Sorry if I didn’t explain that well

What's in the browsers console? |
Same problem. Tried restarting the service & clearing cache. Edit, it's back up after a second service restart. |
I’ll check when I get back to my computer. I pasted the HTML source but
that probably doesn’t help.

I added /plexrequests & I get the same blank page for login.

This is what the console shows: vendor.js?v=ifwwkNLyFMGUSJFgkttiWkEC0dEsMrQcmw1eX6hnnoU:8 ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): Error: Cannot match any routes. URL Segment: 'ombi' |
I had this error before Force reload fixed it for me. |
That's strange, you 100% restarted Ombi after you added the base url? Maybe try a Force Reload like @goldenpipes suggested or clear your browsers cache? |
OK, I did a Forced Refresh, lost all my settings, but after re-setting /ombi as the base URL, it works. Now...how do I update without losing all my settings? I usually just delete the root folder, wget the new tar.gz and extract and rerun ./Ombi. How should I normally be updating? |
Yeah that should work, since the database is generated at runtime and is not included in the zip. |
This is happening to me right now... I'm not sure what a "Forced Refresh" is.

Please can you raise a new issue @SilverSix311 and include any browser/console errors? |
Ombi build Version:
V 3.0.2124-DotNetCore
Update Branch:
Open Beta
Media Sever:
Plex
Media Server Version:
Operating System:
OSX
Ombi Applicable Logs (from
/logs/
directory or the Admin page):Problem Description:
So i was able to successfully install v3 on OSX. Thank you BTW!
Upon setting the reverse proxy root to "/ombi" and restarting, I am now getting a completely blank page. It acts as if it's loading but I get nothing @ the /login page.
Here is the HTML source:
https://hastebin.com/jolihuvuhe.xml
Not sure how I get the logs, there is no "/logs" directory in the root folder and the terminal output showed no errors.
BTW, I'm staff at DOGnzb, I was installing this to test the DOGnzb API and it works wonderfully. Now, just so I can get Ombi v3 working properly, I will be a happy man. Thanks again!
