Regarding the "status" labels (i.e., "SOLID_OFF," "SOLID_ON," and "FLASHING"), they are defined in TrafficSignal.idl but do not appear anywhere in the code in traffic_light_classifier.

I would like to know where in the source code the labels are identified and how the labels are utilized.
