Should create a database with hours and times entered from living omni grid. It would be a start. Won't quite have every TA.

Every semester the database just gets reset and info reentered preferably have the TA's log in and enter their times but we would have to reach out to all the TA's which could prove to be a problem.

For now we could simply just read a document with hardcoded times.
