Describe the bug
Timeline control doesn't work on mobile devices

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open any session on a mobile device
Attempt to move the timeline control handles with no effect

Expected behavior
Handles should move with a finger when tapped and dragged

Additional context
Recently updated timeline control to work for desktop but may not work for mobile
