Change freq of uart messages for PRS

• Bufferize GPS trame by each line terminated by a \n
• Have a timer / interrupt that send a PRS message each 20ms
• Insure a GPS message is not lost when prempted by a PRS message

I don't have a proper schematic but all the code is in this repo, if you are running linux the Makefile should work out of the box (you will have to install avr-gcc)
I might have an excel sheet with the pinout, will have a look

I haven't found the excel sheet I was talking about but I'm happy to send you more pictures of the board and help you to build it.

not yet, i'm fully compromissed this time of year, wating til the recess so i can start , but i think the pictures will help, i have already make some experiences with arduino and xc soar, but when i put togheter the gps module, it interfere on the buzzer sound
