I have ( i don't remember if this is default) Change octave keys on F11 (octave down) and F12 (octave up)

During file selection inside the browser this keys stop working and do not change the octave, so when testing instruments and needing to change the octave up or down I have to close the browser, change the octave and come back to the browser again.

(This bug is for furnace internal browser, not windows system browser)

I was told that the numpad keys + and - do this but I have a tenkeyless keyboard, so I do not have such keys.

Expected result: Keys should work inside the file selector browser.

It doesn't matter what keys are set to what, the only keys passed through from the internal file browser to Furnace itself are note keys.

If you have + and - on the internal file browser, and those keys are assigned to F11 F12, then they should work, this is still an issue.

Numpad+ and numpad- do nothing. You cannot change octave in the file browser at all, it doesn't matter what octave change keys are set to.

Then RetroBunn lied to me.

"You can use Numpad / or numpad * to change octaves."

@tildearrow tildearrow changed the title F11 - F12 keys stop working inside the file/instrument/sample selector. Octave change keys stop working inside the file/instrument/sample selector. May 21, 2024
