post-mortem: I was able to test the workflow delete-old-nightlies in my fork because I've added a anaconda token for my personal account, but that worklow uses an environment file. I can't test the tiledb and tiledb-py nightly workflows in my fork because I don't have the required SSH keys to clone the feedstocks, and these workflows don't use environment files (and this situation differs between the old and new GitHub Actions to install micromamba)
