A friend and me found an issue with SkyUI (when used with Skyrim Together ofc) : we couldn't assign numbers to items in the favorite menu.

This appears to be due to the keys being captured as hotkeys, since the game isn't paused.
Although not at all game breaking, it's a little cumbersome, since the only way around it seems to be to temporarily disconnect.

i am not able to use these together as i cannot hit right Control or F2 to bring up the Together menu. if I disable SkyUI, it works without issue. was any additional configuration needed to get these working together?
Full file nuke and managing through Vortex has it working.

SkyUI worked on both connections, no issues that we came across.

A workaround: If you assign the keys before entering the server, you can use the assigned hotkeys normally while inside the server.

That has been fixed and will likely be in v1.2.0

Hey, I think there is something going on that I am not understanding. In the SkyUI nexus page it says that SKSE64 is a requirement for the mod to work properly, so how can one be compatible and the other not? I've seen some videos of people playing Skyrim Together Reborn with SkyUI, so I'd like to understand what it is that I'm not getting so I could play with it too.

What do you mean? Both SKSE and SkyUI are reported as being compatible. See the link to SKSEs compatibility page under "Requirements" on this page.

I can't confirm compatibilty (altough I'm sure I must have made some mistake). I have Skyrim Together Reborn with SKSE running fine, but as soon as I enable SkyUI (in MO2) the game does not start. No error message, just does not start.

I have the following setup:
Skyrim Version: 1.6.353.0.8 (SKSE64 2.1.5 rel 6
Address Library Version: 5.0
Skyrim Together Reborn Version: 1.2
SkyUI Version: 5.1

For those reporting compatibility: What is your setup?

When I tried to load it, it said that SKSE was not installed

I can't confirm compatibilty ...

Nevermind, I just accidentally installed SkyUI for LE, not SE. Would have thought that MO2 checks that, but apparently not.

hi! i've been having issues using SkyUI and Skyrim Together Reborn using a Nintendo Switch pro controller! i don't think Skyrim Together recognizes the - button (don't know what the xbox equivalent would be) as an input for SkyUI, so for a while there it was just opening the directional menu.

in order to switch to my side of the menu (such as when selling to a shopkeeper), i have to disconnect my controller, manually click on my character's inventory, and then reconnect my controller. it's especially annoying since my friends and i are sharing inventory items using barrels/other storage, so to give other players items, i have to disconnect and reconnect every time.

since the most recent update it has been closing out of my inventory/shopkeeper instead of opening the directional menu, which is even worse! i hope this is something that can be resolved, as i would prefer to play with a controller. thanks in advance and good work on the mod so far!

SkyUI refers to it as the "Back" button, which was the Xbox name for it in the Xbox 360 era when Skyrim came out.

I have a similar issue of that button not working in SkyUI menus, though it's limited to just containers. No problems in shops. It works fine until I connect to a server, at which point I can no longer switch to my inventory in order to store items in containers.

In my case, the conflict seems to be in my button mappings. I use a custom ControlMap.txt file that maps the "Favorites" menu to the Back button. If I change the file to map Favorites to different buttons, the problem goes away.
