Compression Policy job error after upgrading

• OS: CentOS Linux release 8.4.2105
• PostgreSQL: version 12.8
• TimescaleDB: version 2.4
• Installation method: apt install

Describe the bug
After upgrading from version 2.0.0 to version 2.4.2, some errors appeared in the server log.
LOG: job 1003 threw an error
ERROR: cannot fetch toast data without an active snapshot
LOG: background worker "Compression Policy [1003]" (PID 609016) exited with exit code 1
If the task is scheduled manually through the command SELECT alter_job(1003, next_start => '2021-10-24 13:00:00.0+05'), then it is executed successfully. But next time it's an error again.
