Hi everyone,

I've been trying to install TimeSynth through pip and been receiving the following Error:

(FYI: "Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden" = System can't find the file specified)

I also tried installing each package required seperately. The problem seems to lie within the installation of the symengine-package. Eventhough installing it seperately using python -m pip install symengine seems to work just fine I'm still getting the following error afterwards when trying to install timesynth again:

When you pip install symengine you are pulling the wheel package for version 0.6.1 which is the latest version.

When you do pip install timesynth though you are pulling version 0.4 which is hardcoded and for which there is no wheel package for windows for your python version.

To be more precise the same happens on any OS, since there are no wheel packages for python 3.8 for 0.4

Since the wheel file is missing, pip tries to build it. But in order to build it you must have the dependencies for https://github.com/symengine/symengine.py

The versions were pegged down at the time because some symengine versions did not play well with the DDE package. If you feel the upgrade to 0.6 is stable, feel free to commit. Travis can test Linux compatibility, which what we officially support.
