Got this error on v0.4.0 and not on v0.3.0

Error: Cannot find module 'svelte'
Require stack:
- /app/node_modules/svelte-apollo/dist/svelte-apollo.cjs.js
- /app/__sapper__/build/server/server.js
- /app/__sapper__/build/index.js
at Function.Module._resolveFilename (internal/modules/cjs/loader.js:831:15)

Maybe this is useful? sveltejs/svelte#1085
