Feature Request: Click-to-insert before ChatGPT content generation has finished

I would like to request a new feature for the ChatGPT VSCode plugin that allows users to click-to-insert content before the AI has finished generating it. With this feature, users would be able to insert code snippets, and then continue typing while the AI generates the rest of the content.
