please port paper to arxiv

i found out last night that arxiv does not support minted. sigh. so its back to lstlistings for the paper

so can u switch minted ==> lstlistings in the paper? the challenge will be keeping all the letters in circles appearing in the revised doc.

We can use minted via a secondary workaround. I had made a copy of the document and tried working with lstlistings, but it was a nightmare. Maybe we use the methods cited here: https://www.saurabhsinghrajput.com/thoughts/1-sci-minted-arxiv

I am stumped at a latex compile error on overleaf's side. Currently need to figure out how to fix that one compile error (does not interrupt compilation but throws an error nonetheless), because it makes it not possible to generate the arxiv compatible documents
