Windows and fluent-plugin-claymore

Could you help me run the plugin under Windows, please?

I have installed td-agent v3.1.1 (windows)
then run: fluent-gem install fluent-plugin-claymore

The plugin was installed at
C:\opt\td-agent\embedded\lib\ruby\gems\2.4.0\gems\fluent-plugin-claymore-1.0.0

In the log I have seen

2018-02-22 17:08:48 +0200 [error]: config error file="C:/cm/fluentd.conf" error_class=Fluent::ConfigError error="Unknown output plugin 'influxdb'. Run 'gem search -rd fluent-plugin' to find plugins"

How should I change config or make the plugin available?
