Render switch

Thanks for the app,
Rather than having to go to the menu to trig the rendering of the md code, would it be possible to have an icon on the top right allowing us to switch quickly ?

Hey, sure, that sounds sensible.
This should also be fairly easy to implement, so if you have the time, I'd say go for it :)

The starting point for this would be src/qml/MarkEditorPage.qml.You would have to decide whether it should be in the trailingActionBar or the extension. In the latter case you need to check out src/qml/MarkActionBar.qml.
