Just answered this question in another thread. Maybe this helps:
Go to Control Panel and find the name of the BootCamp drivers (in my case, as my system language is set to German, it's "Boot Camp-Treiber")
Open Command Promt as an administrator
Type in: product where name="Boot Camp-Treiber" call uninstall (put in the name your drivers have)
You will be prompted to confirm your selection so press: y
In my case Windows Installer briefly popped up, giving me an error message, however the BootCamp Drivers are deleted in Control Panel > Programs and in the system tray!
