1mb for creating an empty db is too large

1. can u make it nothing since i didnt even update any information inside.

2. bolt uses 16kb for nothing. i actually expect this to be like 100bytes and below

In short no, I have no intention of updating this repository. Yes, the 1MB is mostly wasted space -- no it is not easy to change as it sets up the allocation arenas and indices. You are essentially asking for a rewrite of the core of this repository.
