Path for static content no longer working

Several of the exercises reference old URLs that are no longer valid.

e.g.:
https://storage.googleapis.com/laurencemoroney-blog.appspot.com/validation-horse-or-human.zip

vs.

https://storage.googleapis.com/learning-datasets/horse-or-human.zip

Fortunately someone was able to find the correct URL as above for https://colab.research.google.com/github/tinyMLx/colabs/blob/master/2-4-3-HorsesOrHumans.ipynb, however there are other locations that have similar problems (broken images in the course material pointing to the same blog.appspot.com location).

Could these be updated?

I've ran into another issue for the 3rd cell in 2-4-11-AssignmentQuestion.ipynb, which I'm not sure is as straightforward to resolve:

Access denied with the following error:

 	Cannot retrieve the public link of the file. You may need to change
	the permission to 'Anyone with the link', or have had many accesses. 

You may still be able to access the file from the browser:

	 https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1jSiS-2Wy0AaOg7F7trgAG-KtnVGm2oTb 

Access denied with the following error:

 	Cannot retrieve the public link of the file. You may need to change
	the permission to 'Anyone with the link', or have had many accesses. 

You may still be able to access the file from the browser:

	 https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=17zP0BYyYBqCgSpYqXjYhikjBVpkxmq8k

I have the same problem with assignment 3-7-11-Assignment.ipynb, I'm trying to solve it
