Updated 9-patches to allow Android's Holo.Light ProgressBar to be resized vertically. Includes simple Activity/Fragment to demo ProgressBar.
- add 9 patches for Holo and Indeterminate ProgressBars
- add 9 patches for secondary bar
- Remove canvas area so that the Progress bar is only "bar" and no extra "padding"
