I can help! Looks like there's a lot of new content, I'll start with e6943c4 to translate README, is that ok?

Help welcome, thanks! I am not sure whether easier to work through changes, or just walk through READMEs side-by-side. Whatever works for you. :-)

There were a few minor updates after e6943c4 : Readme_zh-CN.md history
