Permission Denied When Changing Binary

For n 1.3.0, I get the following error when I change Node binaries. Though, on the surface, it looks like Node versions were successfully changed. Any ideas on what's happening?

cp: /user/local/lib/dtrace/node.d: Permission denied

This seems to be more like a problem of your permissions rather than of n, as the cp command is correct. Did you use simply n or sudo n?
