Updated to Windows 10 from 8.1 while having iisnode 0.2.16 installed; now I can't update to latest version or uninstall because both process ask for IIS 7+.

I've deleted the registry entry for the uninstall of iisnode 0.2.16 and also the application files, but I still can't install v0.2.18 because it asks for IIS 7.x.

Can't validate for v.0.2.18 x86 because it ask me to use x64 version.

After I deleted a couple of registry keys of iisnode and checked that it didn't exist in both Program Files folders, I could continue the install o v.0.2.18
