Setup a RedHat server in AWS as doc build server
Setup doc build tool on linux
Create a github webhook so the doc build will kick off automatically when there is commit

completed. setup Ubuntu instead - Redhat does not have inkscape binary package and didn't bother to build one.
completed. staging.mongoing.com now serves the build file
