Feature Requests: Randomized Spaced Repetition practice + Ability to star a shortcut combination during practice + Practice history recorded even when not finishing the full SR practice

• Randomized Spaced Repetition practice: currently, in the SR practice, shortcuts are reviewed is order of their creation, which makes the practice not fully randomized. Please add a SR option to fully randomize the review of shortcuts, allowing for the shortcuts to be randomized regardless of which collection they come from
• Ability to star a shortcut combination during practice: Let's imagine you're in SR practice and you want to change something in the shortcut you're currently reviewing (maybe it's the wording, its context or even the shortcut). I would like to be able to star that shortcut in the practice screen (without leaving the practice) so that when I visit that shortcut's collection, it will be starred and will let me know which shortcuts I wanted to revisit. The star could be an extra column in the collection.
• Practice history recorded even when not finishing the full SR practice: This could be a bug actually. In Practice History, I notice that if I don't finish the full SR practice, the practice doesn't get recorded.
